In the News
We are very fortunate to have been featured by many local, regional, and national newspapers, magazines, and television stations over the past 10 years. Below is a brief list of some of our moments in the media.
Articles:
Local reporter, Jackie Perrin, wrote an article that was featured in the Rochester Kids Out And About online magazine. Jackie also came to us in 2003 to host a Grilling Gadget party for a feature article in Chile Pepper magazine. (December 2003 issue) We watched some local chefs create masterpiece meals off the grill.
Television:
In 2002, Doug Emblidge from WOKR-13 Rochester came for an early morning show in the corn.
In October 2001, we were honored with a visit from Bill Geist and the CBS Sunday Morning Show .
Kevin Doran, from WROC Channel 8 out of Rochester, NY in the summer of 2001, interviewed Joan and Doug during the 5 & 6pm news.
In 1999, Mike Leonard from the NBC Today Show came for all the corny jokes and a walk through the maze.
