Fall Festival Weekend Campfires
A fall festival campfire is a great way to enhance your fall experience at the farm! Perfect for birthday parties, celebrations, family events or simply if your group is looking for a designated place to relax & stay warm!
Campfires are available Saturdays and Sundays, September 16th through October 29th.
11am-2pm OR 2:30pm-5:30pm
Cost: $70 per firepit. All guests at firepit must purchase Barnbuster tickets ($22 per person at the gate or $17 online).
Campfire Reservation includes: private fire pit, 3hr hour rental, 1 picnic table, benches, trash bin, firewood & fire attendant.
**Does not include Barnbuster tickets. All guests are required to pre-purchase admission tickets online.
Add-ons: Charcuterie box for 4-6 people: $20
Charcuterie box for 12-15 people: $60
Smore’s Box for 20 people: $30
Details: The fire attendant will have your fire pit ready by the beginning of your rental time. You can come and go as your please from your campfire. Your site must be cleared out by the end of your rental period (2 or 5:30). Please leave sites clean/ throw away trash.
NO outside food, drinks or coolers permitted. Coolers are subject to be searched. Long Acre Farms has several food & drink options open during your rental time. Purchased food/drink can be brought up to your campsite. You are welcome/encouraged to bring additional lawn chairs.
We do have Smore’s packages as well as charcuterie kits available for purchase when you reserve your campfire!
Moonlight Maze Campfires
Grab a group and enjoy a night at the farm! Moonlight Maze Campfire reservations are available Fridays beginning September 22nd - October 27th. Rental begins at 5:30 until 8:30. Your group is allowed to arrive anytime after 5:30.
Cost: $275 for 10 guests
Campfire Reservation includes: private fire pit, 3 hour rental, moonlight maze passes for 10 guests, 1 large bag of Kettle Korn, 1 picnic table, benches, trash bin, firewood & fire attendant. Additional guests $20per person when pre-purchased. All guests at firepits are required to pre-purchase admission tickets online. Max 20 people permitted per pit
Add-ons: Charcuterie box for 4-6 people: $20
Charcuterie box for 12-15 people: $60
Smore’s Box for 20 people: $30

Campfire Details
RESERVATION POLICY
Campfire sites must be reserved online and paid for with a major credit card in advance. Upon payment, you will receive a confirmation. Upon arrival you will check in with the campfire attendant.
Paid admission is required for everyone attending the campfire. All admission tickets must be purchased online in advance. All paid guests will receive a wrist band. If you have purchased tickets for others, it is your responsibility to see that they have their wristbands to enter.
Campfire sites are perfect for groups up to 20 guests max
No outside food/beverages/coolers are permitted. Coolers are subject to be searched. Long Acre Farms has a number of food & beverage options available during your rental. Purchased food can be brought to the firepit. Please clean up site prior to leaving.
CANCELLATION
The cancellation of campfire sites will have a $10 cancellation fee. The cancellation must be made by 5pm Monday the week leading up to your reservation. There will be no refund if you call after 5pm on Monday, the week of the reservation date.
If Long Acre Farms is closed due to inclement weather on the day of your scheduled visit, a full refund will be given or an alternate date will be arranged. All changes and cancellations must be done by calling the farm at 315-986-4202.
RAIN POLICY
If Long Acre Farms needs to close early due to inclement weather, all guests will receive a rain pass. You will need to have your wristband on your wrist to exchange for the rain pass. No refunds will be given.
