Ford Fast Never Fades Kids’ Mustang Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE

PROHIBITED.

1. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who

are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents,

and representatives of Neighborhood Ford Stores, Long Acre Farms, their respective

advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse,

parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside)

and/or those living in the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to

enter or win.

2. How to Enter

To enter, during the Promotion Period:

1. Follow @NeighborhoodFordStores and @LongAcreFarms on Instagram.

2. Like the official giveaway post.

3. Tag a friend in the comments on the official giveaway post (one tag = one entry,

unlimited entries allowed).

All entries must comply with Instagram’s terms of use. Automated entries, bots, or spam

will be disqualified.

3. Promotion Period

The Giveaway begins on the date the official Instagram post is published and ends on

October 27, 2025, at 9:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (“Promotion Period”). Entries

submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a Kids’ Mustang Ride-On Car. Approximate Retail Value

(ARV): $180. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be

made except at the Sponsors’ sole discretion. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a

prize of equal or greater value.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries using a

random selection tool within 48 hours of the Promotion Period ending.

The potential winner will be notified via Direct Message from the official

@LongAcreFarms Instagram account.

The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of notification. If the potential winner

does not respond in time, is deemed ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official

Rules, an alternate winner may be selected.

⚠️ Important: The official giveaway winner will only be contacted by

@LongAcreFarms. Beware of fraudulent accounts. Sponsors will never ask for

payment, banking details, or other sensitive personal information to claim a prize.

Winner must be able to pick up prize at Long Acre Farms. Cannot be shipped.

6. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and

the decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this

Giveaway. Entrants release and hold harmless Sponsors, Instagram, and their

respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and

their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, or

damages arising out of participation or acceptance of the prize.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with

Instagram.
